Child Safety Standards
Effective Date: February 20, 2026
ABLE Network Media Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the ABLE: Green mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to the safety of all users and maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
ABLE: Green strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including AI-generated imagery.
- Grooming or solicitation of minors.
- Sexualized content involving minors.
- Trafficking or exploitation of minors.
- Any other conduct that endangers the safety or well-being of children.
Any account found to be involved in such activity will be immediately and permanently banned, and all associated content will be removed.
2. Age Requirement
ABLE: Green is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, their account will be terminated immediately.
3. Automated Content Moderation
All user-uploaded images are processed through an automated content moderation pipeline before they are published on the platform. This system uses AI-powered image analysis (AWS Rekognition) to detect and block prohibited content, including nudity, graphic violence, and exploitative material.
- Pre-publication scanning: Images are analyzed before they become visible to other users.
- Automatic blocking: Content that exceeds moderation thresholds is automatically rejected and never published.
- Flagging for review: Borderline content is flagged and hidden from public view pending manual review.
4. In-App Reporting
ABLE: Green provides in-app reporting tools that allow any user to flag content or accounts they believe violate our policies, including child safety concerns. Reports can be submitted directly from any listing, post, garden profile, or user profile within the App.
All reports related to child safety are treated as highest priority and are reviewed promptly.
5. User Blocking
Users can block any other user at any time from within the App. Blocked users are unable to send messages, view content, or interact with the blocking user in any way.
6. Enforcement Actions
When a violation of these standards is identified, whether through automated detection, user reports, or manual review, we take the following actions:
- Immediate removal of the offending content.
- Permanent suspension of the associated account.
- Preservation of relevant evidence for law enforcement.
- Reporting to the appropriate authorities (see Section 7).
7. Reporting to Authorities
We comply with all applicable child safety laws, including mandatory reporting obligations. When we become aware of apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we report it to:
- The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline (www.missingkids.org).
- Relevant regional and national law enforcement authorities as required by law.
8. Staff and Operational Practices
- Personnel involved in content moderation and trust & safety are trained on identifying and responding to CSAE.
- We regularly review and update our moderation systems, policies, and detection capabilities.
- We engage with industry best practices, including guidance from the Tech Coalition, to continuously strengthen our child safety measures.
